I have purchased a theme from Elegant Themes. Not sure if this is a theme problem or a WordPress problem.
My site is modelfit.com. As you can see at the top of the screen there are two press pages that show up. I only created one but the theme/WP has created another press page full of all the blog post tagged with 'press.' I only want 1 press page to be on the top of the screen, the one I created.
How to fix this?

Sounds like this is the theme, but just so you know, that last link is a link to the "Press" category. It's not a separately created page. If you change your permalink structure to something "prettier", you should see a clearer difference. Since you purchased the theme, I'd use their support: https://www.elegantthemes.com/forum/
