Prepopulated pages and sidebars

Is “prepoulate” a word? Maybe that should be pre-populate. Anyway…

I want new sites on a multisite installation to already have pages with content and sidebars set-up. I’m less concerned with the sidebars because I can just write an HTML coded text widget and cut/paste in two seconds. (but it would be nice to use other widgets such as plugin widgets – and have them already on the site when it is born)

But pages is another story. I want new sites to have the same pages with content and there are seven pages.

I read in another forum post that there is a plugin, but I couldn’t find it.
