[resolved] Premium Support complaint (3 posts)

    I purchased the gold upgrade because I wanted grid layout. I have a couple of queries which I used with my 1 free premium support token in the Get Shopped Premium 1 on 1 Support Forum. When I submitted my question, I received an error message telling me I already had an unmoderated post in the queue and I couldn't post another one till it was answered.

    And now I can't even post my question in the Community Support Forum as I receive the same message.

    What's going on here? Is this some sort of scam?

    Not a scam... I had the same issue... you need to have at least 1 post that was approved before you can post another support forum post or thread... the first one is your approval into the forum, its an anti-spam technique. Once the other post is approved by the admins you will be able to post to your hears desire.

    The premium support ticket just gets you access to the premium support forum which is still under the same scrutiny, once your N00b ban is lifted you will be able to post in there as well. Your locked sitewide from posting until the 1st post is approved.

    Odd sort of setup that delivers an error message as an anti spam technique but I'm grateful for the explanation!
