• I’m using Woo Theme’s Premium News and activated new sidebars with the Sidebar Manager but the “Primary General Sidebar” (and the Secondary) are still showing up. How do I deactivate it, the support at Woo Theme makes it sound like it should have happened automatically!

Second, I can’t find out on Woo Theme how to monetize the ad spaces using Google Adense. Any help would be appreciated – and yes, I’m a novice.

There is a support forum but you have to pay to be a member.(It costs) I’ve been trying to contact them for 2 days, no reply.

    hi brandon
on my site(deadmango.com) I removed the ad spaces by editing the ad-top.php and ad-bottom.php.
But this only removes the small ad boxes not the big rectangle enveloping it for that I think u need to edit the css .

    -I am a novice too 🙂
    regards

I have an issue with this theme too, javascript seems to be not working, tabbed widgets and plugins are not working at all, what would that be?

    Hi
I haven’t added any widgets yet but plugins are working fine for mine(site).
I also added analytics script which is working fine.
I suggest if u have just added the theme reinstall it .

    Hi Deadmango,

I looked through your site. I’m using premium news theme for our company news site as well. I have been facing this one problem. The strip under the “featured” section should display images of this articles in the same category. However, my site shows ‘no image’, even though there’s an image with each article. How should I fix this?

    Thanks!

    Hi Deadmango,

I need to remove the sidebar on our homepage but cant seem to so there is a big white space on the right hand side of the homepage and the 2-column post is way too long. can you take a look at http://www.kedt.org and tell me whether i have to create a new default template without sidebars? how do you go about doing that as i’ve exhausted all means including reviewing .php template codes. Help!

    Hi Aisha
missed the mail which contained your query
you need to add image to premium news custom settings option , you will find your no image problem resolved .

    Hi ludielitz

I saw your site will try to figure out something , for now I suggest tinker with the php template codes but do keep a backup in case you mess up things like I did few months back

deadmango, thank you for response. my intern says she changed something on the CSS but doesn’t remember what it was. where can i get a backup of the original CSS? have you had a chance to look at the site?

    Hi ludie

I saw the site ,you can find the original css in the zip file of theme or you can download again the theme file from woo themes . I am having a little internet problems will try to update if I find the solution
