Premalink Error 404 not found ?

    installed blog at http://careers.mbanaukri.com/

    evrything fine, now made custom permalinks to /%post_id%/%category%/%postname%/

    it asked to update .htaccess file, i created a new .htaccess file as didnt find one pre-existing and copy pasted the instructed codes

    now it says

    Not Found

    The requested URL /1/uncategorized/hello-world/ was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
