    Hi,

Seems I can’t find the right support forum to ask this question (Edd, fundify), so trying here:

I am using the PayPal Adaptive Payment + crowdfunding plugin in connection with the Fundify Theme. I have a question related to the execution of Preapproved payments. I have seen that the default batch size is set to 20 payments per hour. This seems quite low. I was tempted to increase the size, but saw that some people here in the forum reported severe issues with the execution. Do you have any guideline on the batch size? Is this driven by server capacity? How to find the ideal batch size?

Also interested in what other users may have experienced with the batch sizes. So any input is much appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Fabien

I am sorry but is this a joke? The reply said I should check with the plugin developer. So I wrote on the PayPal EDD plugin and here; but still no clear answer… Here the answer on the astoundify forum:

“I suspect the number has to do with PayPal (do anything remotely out of the ordinary and they get extremely suspicious), but you’ll want to confirm that with the plugin developer.”

Sorry if there was a confusion, but I would really like a clear answer in this topic. I really want to avoid that projects gather sufficient funds and the execution of the paments will then fail…

    Thanks
