Hello all
Is there any way to pre-date a blog entry manually? If I'm offline or cannot post a blog entry, can I do it the following week, say, but with the previous week's date?
Thanks in advance

Predating is simple:
In "Write" look to the right of the textarea you will see "Publish immediately" right after that "edit" click on that link and set the future date...

Thanks
I'm not seeing 'publish immediately' but rather 'publish.' (Maybe a previous version of wordpress?)
But my question is actually the opposite - not how to post today for a future date, but how to post today for a date last week. Is that possible?
Just edit the date othe of the post (in past) and set the status to Publish.
I'm trying to edit the date with 'edit timestamp. It seems to publish and appears in my list of recent entries. But when I click on the recent entries link, there is not post to be found...
then its your timezone setting - you have to check your global time setting is correct or just wait upto 24 hours for it to appear in your recent posts.
super,
where can i confirm my global time settings?
else, i'll check back tomorrow as you suggest
thanks so much for your help
never mind, i found it, and global time settings appear to be correct
meanwhile, i also updated to wordpress 2.6 (it seems i did have an older version)
