We are using the 1 Pixel Out audio player in the plugin. Should be using another audio player to support the mobile devices? Which one do you recommend we use?

PowerPress automatically uses the HTML5 player native to the platform for detected mobile devices such as Android, Blackberry and iOS. It should play fine on Android 2.3+ via HTML5. If it’s an older version of Android than 2.3, the player fallback to an image with a link to the media file, at that point it streams to the player built into the device. This is how Windows phone works unless you have the latest windows phone with HTML5 support.

Can you share a link to the page in question that is not working with Android so I can test with our Android testing hardware?

There are other forces at play as well, if your mp3 is not configured properly then random playback issues may be present. Using a VBR for example causes random playback issues.
