   Hi there,
   I have a WordPress 2.0 powered blog that is skinned with the theme switcher plugin. I would like to add a gallery of movie screen caps to it, but I have over 4000 images and I don't want to code it all by hand. So, I was wondering if there's a standalone plugin or a plugin that will allow me to integrate something else that will allow me to do this.

   I could have a seperate script but I prefer to have it all contained in one site. This is what I'm looking for...

   - Ability to batch upload files via FTP
   - Auto-Thumbnails
   - Categories and Subcategories

   I did a search but I'm having a difficult time finding good information, even on plugin author's websites.

   If anyone know of a plugin that will allow me to do this, or is a developer coding one, do let me know.

   Have a look at http://www.wildbits.de/mygallery/#english

   I think it has all what you want, except categories. That is planned for future versions. But you can display galleries on pages and subpages, which probably helps you.

   I really need categories, otherwise that means creating 61 chapter pages by hand just for one movie.

   Might be a bit overboard, but once you had it running, you could use Coppermine or Gallery2. Both of which have exactly what you're looking for.
