this plugin offers 2 ways of using it. One way is to use it as a widget. This way is very easy and you will have a complete live chat system for your website, with a lot of features. By far the best you can get for this price.

The other way is to add some javascript to the site and then you can have a livechat button everywhere you want. I used this way, because i wanted a floating livechat button on my page, which is visible all the time. This was more difficult because there was no tutorial for it. But in the end it worked (with their livehelp) and now I’m happy about this professional solution 😉 they will also include a tutorial for this in their new website, which he told me will be launched in 2 weeks or something like that.
