   I joined and paid for POWEB hosting for one reason and one reason only ... for the advertisment by WordPress that said POWEB had a one button install -Now, let me tell you, I think that POWEB offers GREAT Hosting - but to say that wordpress is a push one button installation is the grossest overstatement I could imagine, in fact, if yyou go to their user forums, it is clear that many appear to have as yet unresolved issues in getting wordpress up and running - can someone at wordpress speak to POWEB and get my wordpress installation set up?? PLEASE??
   I managed to set up a photo album site at POWEB - not that I needed one, but it seemed like I should do something with the hosting given I was unable to get WORDPRESS up and running!

   you're best off talking to poweb, i didn't know there was a preferred hosting partner for WP, but WP can't tell them what to do, I suppose they could imply.

   Failing that try installing manually, if you're desperate to get your site up and running. Failing tht, perhaps someoene will spare the time to help you get it running.

   I installed WP for someone onto Powweb a couple of days ago.
   I couldn't find the one-click install and the whole interface IMO sucked big ones.

   Got it in the end though but I think Powweb should do a TON of work on their user experience. It certainly ranks as the worst / most UNintuitive place I have installed a blog into.
