Potential, but Poor Support

    I want to be excited about this plugin, but after spending $149 I’m very disappointed. I’ve had nothing but issues with it. I use WordPress Multi-site for two domains. After setting up the plugin I discovered that any settings for one site overwrite all the settings for the other site. So, I can’t have this set up to post to different social media pages for different blogs.

    The paid plugin is supposed to come with premium support, but I opened a ticket 8 days ago and haven’t heard back from anyone. I have also had issues with disappearing categories, double posting, posts containing photo captions without the photos. If you go to their support page you can see how many issues this plugin has, and that many others also complain that the support is non-existent.

    I am now looking into the Jetpack Publicize plugin, which includes Google+ and is free. And, I’m also testing HootSuite, which seems very promising.

    It’s now 14 days since i put in a ticket and still not a single response from NextScripts. I put in a second ticket, no response.
