Posts won't show up on Blog Page

I had many blog posts that successfully showed up on the designated blog page for a long time. Now I can’t get them to show up even though the ‘settings>reading’ is correct and so are the theme options. I recently installed WP 3.7.1 and a new release of the theme “Blocked”. I’m okay with PHP if I know where to look for the problem. Thanks.
