I am using a static page as my home page. I would like to have a blog page as well but cannot find what that url is so that I can place a link to it. Does any one know what the structure for the recent posts page is or how I can find it?

you have to create an empty Page titled "Blog" or "Posts" or whatever
then assign that as your posts page
admin - settings - reading
then a link for your blog will show up -

admin - settings - reading
