Hi All and thanks in advance for any help.

Last night I added a page to my otherwise perfectly fine site and now the posts page is not found:
    http://blog.shinydesigns.com/art/a-gift-from-shiny-designs/

If you click search, the posts reappear and other pages are fine. I see that the posts page address now includes the added page which is what you would see if I had not deleted it for now. The menu item for "Home" and other links to the main page return the same problem.

I've tried resetting to the default theme (I'm using Weaver2010) and deactivating all plugins but neither worked. I also deleted and reconstructed the navigation menu. I can fudge it by leaving the added page blank and setting it to the static page to be displayed but would like to fix this properly.

I'm not a code whiz but am certainly able to edit it if necessary to correct something I may have inadvertently messed up. It appears that the file path for the posts page has been diverted but I could not identify the a source for that in the code. I would greatly appreciate any help - Thanks so much.

    An update on the issue:

I've since added another sub page with no problems, other than the one described above. Apparently, adding pages doesn't, in general, cause the posts page to wander off.

Also, I've made all my changes strictly through the Admin panel and have not made any coding changes directly with the exception of a couple prepackaged snippets that came with the Weaver 2010 theme. Those changes were made early on and I've added pages multiple times with no problems since then.

Thanks for taking the time to follow this.

OK - It's a plugin afterall. I deactivated ONLY the redirection plugin from John Godley and now the posts page is back. Not sure why deactivating it earlier with the others didn't work, but I'll take this little victory.
