   I want to know if this is possible? And if it is, how would I go about having this happen?

   I have a contacts category, where each post inside the category is a different person's contact information.

   What I ultimately want to do is make a WordPress Page, and draw posts from that category onto the page. It's like an automated contacts list.

   Why do you need a Page for that? Just clicking on the category's name (or seeing its "category archives" view) should do exactly what you want.
