[resolved] Posts not being searched by Google, Table style search result (5 posts)

I am currently using the SEO All in one Plugin Pack. My website is http://thefullpint.com , and when you search for that URL in Google, the main URL is listed, but none of my subsequent posts return as a result. Only a few lines of my most recent post show up in the search result.

How do I have each post get its own search result.

Also, how do I get this nice, table like search result like wordpress.org. I don't know how to explain it, other than look at the screen shot I took. I would love to have my search result like wordpress.org or theboygeniusreport.com, both using Wordress.

Ok, I understand the link table I wondered about. But why is my other question getting the cold shoulder?

These aren't WP questions, they're google question. If google thinks your site is important (i.e. lots of people link to it), you'll get more stuff in the results.

If you search for a URL - you get as a result that url. What else do you expect?

Individual posts will show up only when the search is made for something that it is in their title or content etc.
