Is it possible to write posts on any pages other than the main page? Am I just missing it somewhere or is this a limitation of wordpress? my site is http://www.glutenfreepost.com . I would like the GFPTV and a new 'Ask the Doc" pages to be formatted like the front page.

Anybody...simple one for an expert out there i am sure.
You can do this:
1 - assign those posts to their own special category
2 - exclude those categories from the main page loop
3 - create two templates for the GFPTV and "Ask the Doc" that will display the loop only for each specific category
4 - Have two pages, each calling that specific template, and displaying the separate loops
I wrote a how-to a while back, see if it helps you

Buddha Trance...This looks like exactly what I need. I'm VERY nervous to try this because I am not a coder at all. Heck, I cant even figure out how to change my links so they are a different color than my text! lol, but your tutorial looks thorough enough. I will have to wait until I have no distractions to get it right. Thank you very much for the response!
glutenfreepost,
You shouldn't have any problems if you follow the steps. To be on the safe side, backup the original files of the theme, so you can always revert back. If you have questions about the steps in the tutorial, feel free to email me through the contact form on the site. :-)

Thanks so much, I have to have this working by Wednesday for the doc so I will try working on it Monday. I have a conference tomorrow where I will present my site so I'm afraid to make any changes last minute. I truly appriciate your help...maybe I will send you one of my t-shirts when this is all done and works!
Don't worry, I'm happy to help you out! It's just a few simple steps, I'll guide you through them.
