Support » Fixing WordPress » Posts end at bottom of sidebar – have to refresh

  • Hi everyone! I really hope someone can help me. It’s not a major issue, but it’s been bugging me so long I can’t take it anymore!

At least half the time I view one of my pages, the post is cuts off at the bottom of the sidebar. Check it out at http://www.pgmccullough.com/blog

If you hit refresh enough, eventually the whole thing will show up, but like I said, it’s really starting to bug me.

    Any suggestions are DEEPLY appreciated.

    Thanks!

  • You’ve got more problems than that. That one is an IE problem.
In FF some things are overlayed at the top of your posts and the whole right side is being cut off.

Oops – Surely your problems lie here:

Thanks for the heads up on Firefox. I fixed the footer overlap thing, and now since it’s all readable, I’m not going to bother with the chunk being cut off and the border not showing up.

None of the validator stuff that’s showing up seems to affect my original problem. Is this not something that anyone else has encountered??

I’d look pretty hard at all your validator errors from 18 on down.

You’re right – most of the validation errors are no big deal – but what about the head, body, div tags that are messed up?
