Posts doubled under Pulse

    I need help. I set up Pulse and under the slider, added 3 WPZOOM 3 posts. Great except that these 3 posts are then repeated under my recent post. so on home page i see them twice and sometime even on my slider if i set them up there. please help. i know nothing about coding.
