   I am not sure what version of wordpress I am using, fairly recent but not quite 2.9.2.

   I restored my database with the assistance of my server: mediatemple and all my wordpress sites are back and looking great but I am having problems posting new posts since the restore.

   New posts cannot be published and only save as drafts. I can delete them but not publish them. I have read other similar posts but they have not helped. Any suggestions?
