Posts do not appear on blog page of my customized theme

I’ve set up a site using the radius theme by okaythemes.
I’ve customized the css quite a bit, but haven’t done anything major to the php loops or anything like that.

I’ve imported an XML file of blog posts from a previous wordpress site.
I’ve selected the posts page as “blog” under Settings > Reading > Posts Page

When the blog page is loaded, it’s totally blank. No posts appear.
How can I make the posts properly load on the selected blog page?
