posts displaying wrong after wordpress update

Oh no!

I’m using a child theme of Imbalance 2 from wpshower, a great theme.

I just installed “Cleaner Gallery” plugin to get rid of the long standing problem of all my gallery images appearing in just one column. However, before checking it worked I then upgraded to wordpress 3.3.2 and now ALL my POSTS on category pages are appearing in one column! I deactivated the plugin but that didn’t help.

Any ideas? our lovely website looks bad. How do I correct this…
