posts disapearing,needing to repair database

    This happened once about a month ago for the first time and i freaked out.

    Searched around the net and found others with similar problems,said i needed to go in and repair my post table in my databases.

    Worked just fine once i did that.

    Now its happening more and more and it is a royal pain in the ass.

    The databases are all nameless numbers which makes me have to sift thru a couple dozen of them to begin with (Guess ill mark em down next time 🙂

    And just having to do it multiple times is a pain.

    What is causing this and what can be done to stop it?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
