Posts and Pages Are Gone from Active Blog

We have had this blog for years and over 400 posts all of a sudden disappeared over the weekend. We did not update the blog at all at this point and the posts show up in the MySQL database just fine, I also repaired all the tables just in case.

I deactivated every plugin, no luck
I upgrade every plugin, no luck
I then upgraded to 3.6.1 since the nightmare is already upon me and still no luck. The wp-config has the right prefix for the tables and nothing has changed as far as servers or locations.

Any help would be appreciated
