Hi Everyone,
This is my first post here. I have been using wordpress for a while and everything was ok until this morning after installed new plugin.
Does anyone know how to resolve the situation as described above? My blog Post/Page are showing on Blog but its not showing on wordpress admin dashboard. What this means is that i can read the posts/pages on my blog but i cannot edit them.
I have uninstalled the new plugin as well as tried to restore my old db but to no avail.
i have managed to find a way round editing the post but clicking on the post on the blog and editing them. But this is very inefficient and it still haven solve the editing of pages.
Can someone advise me?
Thank You,
Henry
Just wondering: which plugin did you install?

Hi Mosey,
I installed the one-click plugin this morning, and found i have 22 plugins to be upgraded. Once i click it to upgrade all 22 plugins, the next thing i know, my screen blank out.
i have since uninstalled the plugin and restore by db and everything is back to normal except the above issue.

@henryblues: Thanks for the info. Just to clarify, the admin dashboard is as normal, except when you click on 'Manage' (to get Posts/pages) you don't see anything there, or just no files are listed?
Thanks!

oh, if it helps anyone to diagnose my problem, i noticed the only 3 post that show up are all from the same date. Wondering if this observation could mean something?

Sorry for posting so many posts. Because of my inability to solve very technical issue, i can only post my observation.
i did a few test, and realize that my new post will only show up in the admin dashboard 'manage', when i make the date published to be same as the 3 post that showed up. If i changed the publish date, i cannot see it.
I have no idea how this work, so really appreciate any kind soul's help.
@henryblues: I wasn't sure if the one-click plugin you mentioned is the one here, but I dropped a quick reply in the comments anyway just in case, and the plugin author White Shadow did say that it shouldn't affect your post/page management part at all. However, he did kindly reply with a troubleshooting method that you could try:

hey mosey,
thanks for the effort to look for solution for me. i really really appreciate it!
and you are right, the one-click plugin is from white shadow, and his advice is working! once i deactivated all plugins the posts show up, now i am testing one plugin at a time!
really thanks for the help!
i should have known better to check out his blog comments!
Sincerely,
Henry
@Henry: I'm glad it all worked out for you, and I've learnt something myself today as well :) A big thanks to White Shadow for being so helpful!

@mosey,
sorry to bother you again.
after solving the "page/post not showing up problem", i have another problem now.
after reactivating the plugins, i found myself unable to change theme. Everything looks fine until i get the change theme panel, after i clicked on the desired theme, it just hang there!
wondering if anyone facing this before?
Henry
@Henry: No worries, and sorry to sound boring, but perhaps it might be worth going through the re-activation process again for the plugins?
