Hi all I have just installed WordPress on my site and I am having problems getting any new posts to show. I tried to delete the default post but that did not work so I made a new post published it but the only thing that shows up is the default post that was supposed to be deleted. When I log in as admin and go to edit I can see the new post but no matter what I do. I can't get it to show up. Can anyone help shed some light for me?
    Thanks much,
    My site is http://www.redbo.org

"When I log in as admin"
How else would you log in ?
You are using the password that WP gave you when you installed ?
Have you made another user for yourself ?

I nstalled it thru a porgram called fantastico that my isp uses. WP did not give me a password I was able to make my own at time of install.

To start, I'd suggest saving the index file, css, and any other files you have modified so far and put back the default files. Besides not adding posts, one cannot view the first post. Somewhere along the line you "broke" it.

I guess that may be a good idea . I will try that when I get back in a bit. I have benn known to break things now and then :-)

  8. Also, if your host or Fantastico will let you, you may want to upgrade to v1.2.1.

Ok I guess I broke something so I reinstalled and things seem to be working. I guess I will just try and change one thing at a time and test from there. I think it might of had to do with that ring-site code I put in, I will not use it for now. Thnaks for the help all.
