Posting Multiple Images with Thumbnails Not Showing

When I try to upload multiple images to a post, the first image will show properly with its thumbnail where you can click on it to enlarge but the other images will not display the thumbnail. It only shows a blank box that if clicked on will display the full sized image but not the thumbnail beforehand. This only happens with the CUD plugin enabled but when I disable the CUD plugin, I can post multiple images and all works fine. What do I need to do to make this plugin work properly?
