    That’s not possible out of the box, but you might be able to find a plugin / write custom code that will paste to Facebook.

    AFAIK, there’s no API for Google+ yet so automated posting isn’t possible.

    other plugins should be able to handle that, events are CPTs so any plugin that handles those will (e.g. wp2twitter)
