Postie plug-in has a lot of bugs.
Images are not formatted and once posted they're destroying entire page design.
It's not possible to put caption when number of images greater than 1.
Only 3 tags allowed for single post.
No way to customize title, image name.
:end is not filters anything - just displaying on post.
So, conclusion - postie is too buggy.

It is a little buggy but it does the basics very well.
The only issue i have with it is the difficulty of explaining to naive users all the exact syntax for categories, captions etc.
Usability will improve as more people use it and a year or so down the line all above should be sorted and this plugin will be crucial.
