   I'm trying to use postie to work with a gmail account. Wich settings do I have to use to get it to fetch the mail properly, because I keep on getting an "Unable to connect. The server said - POP3 connect: Error [110] [Connection timed out]" all the time.

   the last configuration I've tried was:
   Mail protocol: POP3 (also tried IMAP)
   Port: 993 (also tried 110)
   Postie Time Correction: 0
   Mail Server: pop.gmail.com (also tried imap.gmail.com)
   mail userid: [WHATEVER]@gmail.com
   mail password: [WHATEVER]

   What am I doing wrong or what am I missing?

   bextia... late response, but I never could get gmail to work with Postie. I switched to a non-ssl email (one of my own domain) and the plugin worked great.
