   I cannot get Postie to automatically check my email server, pull down email and post. It only works if I load the script manually ie. type out the URL for the script in a browser. Can someone help me? I am not able to setup cron jobs with my hosting provider so I need to use the wp-cron and cronless postie plugins. Maybe I need to edit the php scripts or something?

   I am using http://www.cronjob.de - they provide a free service with up to 15 min. intervals.
