I've been away from WordPress since 2.3 and stumbling back I've discovered the parametric upload dir options don't work anymore.
As in, an upload path like wp-content/uploads/%post_title% doesn't work.
Any ideas or workarounds?

Just asked the same question on IRC, got the answer that it isn't possible anymore - without plugins.
Haven't found one (yet) though.
