The problem as I see it, is that your page titles are quite long, with the title of your post at the very end of the title (after your site name, blog strap line etc). The thing is, Google will only display the first 60-70 characters or so of the page title in their results pages, so your actual post title is just getting cropped off.

You can either change the way your post titles are displayed by WordPress by editing your header.php file in your theme, or just install a plugin, like All in One SEO that allows you to customise your post title formats quite easily.

    Go to:
Admin > Appearance > Theme Editor
Then open up your header.php file and find the <title> tag.

Then try out some of the examples on this page:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/wp_title

Don't forget to keep a copy of your original header.php, just in case you screw something up. If you're unfamiliar or not very confident with PHP, I would suggest using the plugin mentioned above though.

Eh, well maybe I'm misunderstanding the problem then, but my advice still stands. It looks like you've hard-coded your meta description and keywords into your header which isn't going to be helping much either, as it's just identical on every page now.

    Hallo again.
There is still the same problem. Doesn't help standard theme's configuration of title, description and meta tags. Also All in One SEO doesn't help.
As You can see over this link I add new (the same) post to my both WordPress blogs and this second (fast-line.pl) after few seconds was indexed in Google. Perfect. But GermanPower.pl still showing in Google post with link to homepage, not directly to post :(
Someone know what I can do with?
