   I created a post type called "weeklytips"
   my permalink is website.com/weeklytips/tip-1
   that works just fine and displays the custom post type titled "tip-1"
   However I want to be able to have an archive page of tips at website.com/weeklytips

   I do not know how to do this. Suggestions?

   Note that with 3.1 there will be better handling of custom posts.
