   Not sure exactly what you want, but the Pages article has a Page of Posts example.

   There are:
   # http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/list-category-posts/ (uses shortcode)
   # http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simple-posts-list/ (uses shortcode [posts]}

   To clarify, plug-ins that allow the user to convert a post to a page.

   Found a newer one, called Vice Versa. Misplaced the link, but a search of the plugin install page (available through your admin) should find it.
