   Hi,

   I am in search of this exact plugin - just working across non-multisite intallations... I have 4 blogs, where the servers can see and access each other (network with permanent VPN tunnels) but they have to each run on their own server... I would like the posts on all 4 sites to be "updated" when a post is made on just one of the sites - meaning I don't have to post the same post on all 4 sites...

   Can you help?

   Take a look at RAMP, it's a premium plugin, but may solve your problem:
