   So what im trying to acheive is having the title of my posts to resize automatically if its going to be too long and cutoff.i know i can go into my style.css file and manually change the font size for the title but i want the standard to be 36px and if its going to cut off it automatically resize itself to fit on the one line.

   Check the title length, if it's too long, dynamic add some css rules to reduce the font size by Java scripts.

   i have located a script that can do what i want i just do not know exactly where i am supposed to place it. in the php file or the css file
