    I have the same want as this guy
    http://wordpress.org/support/3/10463
    but he seems to have figured it out. The comment rss is titled "By Dick Kusleika" and I would like it to be titled "By Dick Kusleika on Happy Thanksgiving" where Happy Thanksgiving is the title to the post that was commented. I tried to edit the wp-commentsrss2.php file to look like this
    <title>by: <?php comment_author_rss() ?> on <?php the_title() ?></title>
    but that didn't work - it wasn't showing anything which is slightly different than the problem the previous poster had.
    Can someone shed some light on how I might change that line to get the post title in the comment title on rss?
    Thanks.

    works great but you need a stripslashes on line 49...

    <title>by: <?php comment_author_rss() ?> on <?php echo stripslashes($comment->post_title) ?></title>
