Post Title Hover Color Issue

I am new to wordpress and I don’t really know much about coding so any help would be appreciated.

I am using the simple catch theme and I have chosen the dark color scheme with the white background. This has caused my text colors to be a bit wacky. I have figured out how to change all the colors of my text, but can’t seem to figured out how to change the color of my post titles when they are being hovered over.

Please help and if you could explain it in a very simple way I would really appreciate it. Here is the link to my site. Thank you!
