My first time using WP, this is my site: motomarta.com
You'll notice that for each entry there is a broken image, like a thumbnail. I've seen the same thing on a number of other themes. I have no idea how to make this work. Is this some sort of a widget?? a plugin??
This looks like its something simple and should make sense especially since I see this same function repeated in different themes, but I just can't figure it out!
It's driving me nuts :P

Did you read the instructions accompanying the theme you're using (Roundbox)? I just downloaded the theme, and there's a readme-info.txt that has just what you're asking for.

aaaa... I see.. thank you! :) So I have to manually resize and upload a picture for every post? Seems like a lot of extra work.

Did you know your site is broken right now? I tried to visit it and got this message:
