    Hi there,

First of all, congrats to all the contributors, WP is awesome :)
It is awesome, but since 3.5, there's been a slight change for me, and that's the post thumbnails.

Before 3.5, I use to to be able to add an image as featured image to my posts and then insert it into the content of the post. That was great because in this case, WP wouldn't crop/resize the image like when you don't specify you want it in the body in which case the image is added above the title of the post and cropped if needed to have a banner.

So my question is about this change, could we have this "insert into content" button back? That'd be great.

    Cheers

I don't follow you? You can still insert images into your content vis Add Media.

Yeah, but before that, we could add the thumbnail directly in the content and not have it as a cropped banner.

We can't now, it HAS to be a banner :(
