   Up until 2.9 post tags was working fine. Now, even though the tags are added they do not appear in the edit posts - no tags show up.

   I tried adding them via quick edit with the same result.

   Any ideas on how to fix this would be most appreciated.

   One more thing. All tags are now locked up. No changes possible.
