Post specific subscriptions and mailing lists

Hi guys,

I want to be able to create mailing lists specific to certain posts. Does anyone know of a good plug-in that will allow me to add individual mailing list subscription buttons to specific posts?

The idea would be to collate an email mailing list for a post. What do people think would be the best way to go about doing this?
