   Is it possible in wordpress to the change the permalink to something like this

   posttitle.domain.com

   I mean the post title should be used as a subdomain. Please help.

   Hi,

   It is not possible for the post in wordpress but you can do it for the blog/s from wordpress MU sub-domain installation..
