Post Page numbers in the premalink

Hi All,
I am having an issue on my wordpress installation where the original URL is:
http://www.amlabc.com/aml-category/aml-news/philippines-risks-joining-money-laundering-blacklist/but somehow Google is also indexing: http://www.amlabc.com/aml-category/aml-news/philippines-risks-joining-money-laundering-blacklist/1345312206000/
which points to the same URL. When I looked up the source, the number 1345312206000 is the page number as its in the body tag as:
<body class=”single single-post postid-4969 single-format-standard logged-in admin-bar paged-1345312206000 single-paged-1345312206000 chrome”>
1. First of all how I can prevent two URLs for the same post;
2. Somehow Google indexes http://www.amlabc.com/aml-category/aml-news/philippines-risks-joining-money-laundering-blacklist/1345312206000/1345312206000/ which shows 404 error.I don’t know whether it’s .htaccess or some other setting. I will appreciate if anyone can help me!
