Hi,
Yesterday I installed Jetpack - which isn't working - and was advised in the hack forum to try deactivating plugins and updating my theme (Atahualpa). Jetpack still doesn't work, but I have the additional problem of my post and page headings duplicating themselves on the homepage and on single pages. (see here: http://www.giraffedays.com)
What do I do to fix this? I have hundreds of posts and the idea of going into each individually to fix something that wasn't broken before I updated the theme, makes me want to cry (I tried this on the 2 most recent posts and it only fixed it on the homepage).
Thanks!
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Is this help for Jetpack or my heading issue? I deactivated all plugins a few times, to no effect. Jetpack doesn't work when all the plugins are off. (my other request for help is here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/jetpack-failure-problem?replies=8)
I deleted Twenty Eleven as I couldn't remember why it was even there.
I don't know how to reset the plugin folder sorry. But I've been through all my plugins and they seem to still be valid.

this is fixed in 3.6.8 and there is a patch for 3.6.7 on the Atahualpa forum in the 'New Versions & Updates' section

Yes I know, isn't it great? I updated yesterday and "resolved" this thread. Thanks for your help!
