Post ordering problem. Help.

Hello..
I have installed wp on localhost. Everything went great, nothing wrong.
But when I uploaded website to my server and imported my dump database, the post ordering went wrong and be crazy.

I couldn’t understand the way it order my posts. Not as date, or time, or exact year, or title, or else.. random like. It is the same with no plugins and default theme.

I changed time zone to my city, or the same UTC format. And edit the dates, but nothing changes.

When I run a sql command and get the post order in phpmyadmin, it works normally. Bu on wordpress, it goes crazy.

Please help. What is wrong with it!? I couldn’t find any solution on internet, all forums about wordpress or else, for 2 days.
