Post Notification permalink bug

    Post Notification is inserting a broken permalink at the end of the e mails it sends. The template code is:
    <h1><a href="@@permalink">@@title</a></h1>

    Which displays in the actual email:
    <a href="">@permalink</a>" >

    Can anyone figure out where the bug might be & how to fix it?
