I recently installed my second blog and everything was going fine with test posts, etc., then all of a sudden only the title of the post showed and nothing else.

Is this a conflict with a plugin? It looks like you turned on the "Thumbnail Viewer" plugin which is compatible up to 2.5, you are running WordPress 2.7.1.
